Leadership starts in our minds - our mindset influences our behavior and the results. 

Therefore, leadership has to begin with leading yourself. The expectations for leaders and employees in today's complex business world that is filled with paradoxes and conflicts and where everyone is under a high pressure on time and performance ,  become constantly more challenging.
